Hi, I'm Carolina, mother to my beautiful 8 year old son, stepmother to 2 fabulous daughters, Primary School Teacher and Parent Coach.
When my son turned three, I hardly recognised him. The tantrums and defiance threw me off, and despite my 20 years of experience working with young children, I found myself questioning everything. I thought I should know better—but I didn’t.
We had also recently moved to Melbourne, and without my family and friends, I felt so isolated, trying to figure it all out on my own.
Over the last few years, I have been on a journey to change all that. To provide parents of young children with the support that they need to help them navigate these challenges successfully and to reassure them that they are in fact, not alone.

Where are the Emotion Explorers Sessions held?
Emotion Explorers will run on a weekly basis on during the school terms, from 10:00-11:45 at Sherbourne Primary School, Briar Hill. The programs will start in Term 1 2026. If you are interested in joining this as a stand alone option, please ensure you get yourself on the waitlist and you will be contacted with more information later this year.

This program is designed for parents of preschool age children (3-5 years old), who are navigating the changes that come with this age and looking for a supportive, local community. If you have been searching for a place where you can learn, grow and empower yourself about how to best raise your child, or if you simply want to be part of a trusted community of like minded parents, this program is for you. It is also a great resource for helping you and your child navigate school readiness.
Can I join half way through a program?
Because I want everyone to feel safe and to grow together as a cohort, it will not be possible to join midway through a program. Contact me and I will add you to the next cohort that suits you.
