With 15+ years as a primary school teacher, plus my own journey as a mum and stepmum, I’ve always been passionate about helping children thrive. But I’ve learned that for kids to truly flourish, parents need to feel supported first.

Our connection with our kids - the bond that we create with them from the get go - is largely dependent on how we connect with ourselves...

Throughout my teaching career, I saw so many children struggling—not because they weren’t capable, but because their parents felt overwhelmed, frustrated, and unsure of how to handle the challenges at home. I realised that parenting isn’t just about managing behaviour; it’s about connection, self-awareness, and support.

And - just when I thought I would never become a mum, life took an unexpected turn...

At 39, I became a step-mum to two incredible girls and later a mum to my own son. Parenting felt nothing like I had imagined. Triggers I didn’t even know existed came up, self-doubt crept in, and I often felt isolated—especially after moving halfway across the world to Australia.

With no family nearby, I found myself turning to Google, my midwife, and my mother’s voice in my head, each offering different (and often conflicting) advice. I wanted to parent differently, but I didn’t know how.

So I got curious. Really curious.
I dove deep into parent coaching and personal development, learning everything I could about self-regulation, connection, and parenting from the inside out. What I discovered changed everything—for me, my son, my stepdaughters, and my relationships as a whole.

Now, I help mums like you: navigate big emotions, build stronger connections with your kids, and parent with more confidence—without the constant guilt, stress, or overwhelm.

You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s explore a calmer, more connected way of parenting—together.

Are you ready to begin YOUR journey?
